Candle Care
What To Do When You Want To Use Your Candle?
Step One: Remove from packaging and examine your jar! I cannot guarantee a safe transit with the shipping companies so make sure your candle jars are not cracked and safe to use.
Step Two: Cut the wick down! I give extra wick so that you can use it on your own. We use 100% hemp wicks that you can use as a fire starter, a lighter, and string if you need it.
Step Three: Light candle and allow the whole top layer to melt before putting it out! Candles have a melt memory so if you do not let it melt all the way to the edges the first time, it will only melt as far as you let it the first time. That creates a tunnel and doesn’t allow you to enjoy our candles to the fullest.
Step Four: Enjoy! { Don’t forget to snuff out the flame when you are done }
DO NOT:
Leave Candle Unattended.
The candle can fall, unintentionally light something, or you can forget its on and the glass can get too hot for too long and break.
Leave flame on, around, or under any flammable object
Flammable objects can catch fire and should be avoided at all costs.
Add any extra objects to the candle before or after it is lit. (once you cut off the extra wick remove it from the top of the candle and put it away to ensure your safety).
These candles are designed to be used a certain way, altering that can cause issues with the product that I cannot help you with, for example explosion or second and third degree burns.
Put candle on an uneven surface.
The flame can be pressed against the glass for too long causing the jar to break or the wax can spill out causing mess and a safety hazard.

I finished my candle, what do I do now?
Step One - heat up jar to melt leftover wax and oil residue.
Place jar in a pot full of water, place the pot on the stove, turn the stove on to low heat, allow the water and the jar to heat up at the same time to reduce the chances of breaking the glass.
Step Two - dispose of leftover wax.
Use paper towel to soak up leftover wax and throw the paper towel in the garbage
or
Pour leftover wax into a small heat safe container to mold into a wax melt after it hardens again if you own a wax burner.
Step Three - clean the jar.
Using soap and water, clean the jar of any leftover residue or film the candle may have left behind and remove the base of the wick.
Step Four - use.
The jar is now ready to be used for whatever you needed it for!
