Processing Time

this is how long it takes to get your order packaged and to the shipping center. Each order will take 1-4 business days for in season scents and 5-12 business days for out of season scents. Every candle is handmade to order. during high volume times such as the holidays, processing times may take longer as new candles are being made. Pre Order Candles will be processed the business day following the release date.

Shipping Time

This is how long the package will take to get to you once its given to the shipping center. Most packages should take 2-7 Business days to reach you unless stated otherwise in the shipping options. Many things may cause delays/mishaps during shipping that i cannot control such as severe weather and warehouse accidents. If you receive your package damaged in any way please contact us with a photo and a description of what exactly happened and we will try to work towards a solution that suits you best!
